Carraro Agritalia chosen as an example by the "Kaizen Institute"

From 6 to 9 November 2012 Carraro Agritalia will host the training sessions of the "Kaizen Institute" under the Training Within Industry (TWI) project.

Over the years the company site in Rovigo has embraced the Kaizen philosophy to improve production processes, achieving excellent results and several awards. For this reason, Kaizen Institute and training center CPV Veneto agreed, together with the top management of Rovigo, to train participants, both from Agritalia and from other companies, to apply the structured methods "Training Within Industry" in selected areas of the departments of Carraro Agritalia with the aim to train and motivate staff to effective management of processes, gradually improving their ability to communicate effectively and to overcome obstacles through concrete actions.

This confirms the role of Carraro Agritalia manufacturing excellence, which always pointed toward continuous innovation, an example of great interest to numerous industries in Veneto.
